As a family owned business serving Austin since 1963, the management of COX AUTOMOTIVE takes pride in its function in the community and the opportunity to be a part of the growth and reputation of Austin. We’ve watched Austin grow and develop into a high-tech city.  The styles have changed, the technologies have improved, but our goal is still the same, striving to form a long-term relationship with a happy customer. Our customers are comfortable dealing with our staff, many of whom have been with us since the early days. We know how inconvenient it is to be without your vehicle. That’s why everything we do is designed to get your vehicles back to you as quickly as possible – usually in 24 hours or less!

If you’re on a tight schedule, we can arrange free pickup and delivery.  If your vehicle breaks down, just call us.  We’ll make all the arrangements to bring your vehicle to our shop and we’ll even get you to work.

We don’t wait for parts to be delivered – we go get them!

Most of the time it’s your choice to select a repair shop for your warranty work. We honor most extended warranties.



LOCATION
For you travelers, we are located near the new Austin-Bergstrom Airport.  We are happy to take you to the airport when your vehicle is left in our care for repairs.  On your return, we can meet you at the airport and deliver you right to your vehicle (during regular business hours, of course).

We’re conveniently located near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport at the intersection of Hwy 183 and E. Cesar Chavez. Our address is 5225 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin Texas, 78702.
